A GALLERY RECAP

Navy Football beat Army 17-13 on Saturday, December 11 at MetLife Stadium. Quarterback Tai Lavatai ran for two touchdowns and Navy's defense limited Army to 57-second-half yards and a season-low 232 yards overall. The Midshipmen sang second for the second time in three years and for the 16th time in the last 20 years.

Navy played a complete game, outgaining Army on the ground (196-124) and overall (278-232), controlling the clock (34:25-25:35) and converting three big plays, two on fourth-down runs by Jaden Umbarger and Chance Warren, that led to all its points.

The Navy defense made the big play at the end with Diego Fagot and Jacob Busic stopping Army quarterback Christian Anderson a yard short at the Navy 46 on fourth down with 91 seconds left.
